Glenbrook Heating & Air Conditioning has been a trusted, family-owned and operated business serving the North Shore community. In 1969, Fred Yurk founded the company with a commitment to quality workmanship and personalized service. For many years, Fred’s son, Brad, and Brad’s wife, Jill, worked alongside him, eventually taking over leadership in the early 2000s. Under their stewardship, the company continued to grow while upholding the same core values of integrity, reliability, and treating every customer like family.

In 2023, as Brad and Jill prepared for retirement, they sought the right successor to carry on the legacy they had built. They found that perfect match in Bill, Brandon, and Drew Clement—three experienced professionals with deep roots in the residential HVAC industry. Each has spent over a decade working hands-on in the field, from installation and service as technicians to sales, management, and beyond. Their own family previously owned and operated an HVAC company, where the Clements learned the trade and absorbed the same family-run small business principles that have defined Glenbrook from the start—honest work, strong relationships, and putting customers first.

Today, under the ownership of Bill, Brandon, and Drew, Glenbrook remains proudly family-operated, delivering exceptional heating, cooling, and air quality solutions to homes throughout the area. We’re honored to continue serving  Glenview, Northbrook, and surrounding communities just as we have for over 55 years.
